Baths are a wonderful way to relax and enjoy that well deserved ‘me’ time. I love soaking in warm water, adding bath salts and essential oils to it and some dried flowers. That with some beautiful relaxing music, candles and a good book or even a good podcast it’s just absolute heaven.
